Who am I?
Prior to joining CGT I worked as the VP of HR for a non-profit organization in San Antonio for several years. I greatly enjoyed my time at Seton Home and the opportunity it allowed for me to serve the community. For the 10 years prior to that, I worked for a large consumer goods manufacturer, Spectrum Brands, leading their HR function across many states. I am a proud resident of New Braunfels, a wife, and a mother to five wonderful human children as well as one amazing Standard Poodle!
Advice for prospective candidates
Take your time! Proofread your resume and your answers to the screening questions. Put some thought into your answers and let your personality shine through! Real humans actually read every resume received! If you make it to the interview - don't forget interviews are a two way conversation - do your homework and have some questions ready.
