What I do at CGT U.S. Limited

Reporting to the CGT U.S. Limited VP and General Manager.

I have full operations responsibility for the CGT Texas facility.  To include but not limited to; operational performance to meet all local, state safety and environmental requirements. Drive operational performance to meet and exceed business plan, by fostering and coaching a continuous improvement mindset, focusing on what we can do, and establishing a direction to overcome any challenges through collaborative teamwork. 

Continually drive to improve our customer relations.  

Set the expectation, and be the example; to ensure we are continually aligned to CGT’s core values.

Proficient, bilingual communicator with an established facility to build and foster top-performing teams and a record of maintaining client satisfaction. 
Extensive background in Operations, Manufacturing, and Facilities Management dedicated to obtaining rapid exceptional results.
 Background and Recent Achievements include: 

  • Successful start-up CGT U.S. Limited, a Flagship Manufacturing Facility in New Braunfels, Texas that supplies coated fabrics for Automotive OEM’s in a global market.  (Tier 3 / 4)
  • Successful restructure and turnaround of an Aluminum Extrusion Manufacturing Operation in Monterrey Mexico that serves the Automotive (Tier 2) and Consumer goods markets.
  • Successful start-up of an Aluminum Casting Manufacturing facility in Monterrey Mexico that serves the (Tier 1) Automotive / heavy duty North American transportation markets.
