Reporting to the CGT U.S. Limited VP and General Manager.
I have full operations responsibility for the CGT Texas facility. To include but not limited to; operational performance to meet all local, state safety and environmental requirements. Drive operational performance to meet and exceed business plan, by fostering and coaching a continuous improvement mindset, focusing on what we can do, and establishing a direction to overcome any challenges through collaborative teamwork.
Continually drive to improve our customer relations.

- Successful start-up CGT U.S. Limited, a Flagship Manufacturing Facility in New Braunfels, Texas that supplies coated fabrics for Automotive OEM’s in a global market. (Tier 3 / 4)
- Successful restructure and turnaround of an Aluminum Extrusion Manufacturing Operation in Monterrey Mexico that serves the Automotive (Tier 2) and Consumer goods markets.
- Successful start-up of an Aluminum Casting Manufacturing facility in Monterrey Mexico that serves the (Tier 1) Automotive / heavy duty North American transportation markets.
